Anyone else feeling like time is passing them by? I can't remember what I did two weeks ago, or last Friday for that matter... I hope it was something productive! I think now's the time to dust off my old bullet journal and begin writing again - a way to document what I'm doing each day and to spend a few minutes being thankful for what I have. Want to join in? Here's a list of journal prompts to do just that:
1. How are you? 2. How are the people you're isolating with? 3. What are your plans for today? 4. Did you fulfil them? 5. Name two things that made you happy/smile today. 6. Name one thing that made you upset. 7. Did you exercise today? 8. Did you discover a new hobby today? 9. Did you go shopping? 10. Did you get in touch with loved ones? 11. Did you get in touch with someone you've lost contact with? 12. How are you coping with isolation? 13. Name three self-care activities you did today. 14. Have you saved money during isolation? What are you going to spend it on? 15. How was work/work from home? 16. Name two things you're thankful for today. 17. Name something that makes you proud of yourself today. 18. Name something that makes you proud of others today. 19. What are you looking forward to after lockdown? 20. What's something new that you've learnt about yourself during lockdown?
There we are. A short list of journal prompts to help get you thinking, I hope you find it helpful.
Take care and stay safe, Sophie x
