Do you enjoy journaling? What are some of your favourite journal prompts? I've previously shared a post on journal prompts during lockdown, which may interest you.
Take care and stay safe,
Journalling is so important and a healthy way to get your thoughts out! Great prompts xx
I have benefited a few times from writing a letter to my future self, but I never thought to write a letter to my past self. That sounds very therapeutic and a way to really confront trauma lurking in the subconscious.
Writing and journaling are wonderful ways to pass productive time in self-reflection, and more words than expected always flow in response to a prompt, so I love your list of thoughtful questions!
Thanks for sharing. :)
These are such great suggestions. Will definitely be using some of these :)
I think journaling really helps us understand ourselves more and is also helpful to our mental health. These are some really good questions to ask ourselves.
